By accessing or using the LiquidXChallenges platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

LiquidXChallenges reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

LiquidXChallenges is a competitive simulated trading challenge platform. We provide users with access to a simulated trading environment where participants can compete in performance-based challenges using virtual capital.

All trading on our Platform is conducted with simulated (paper) funds. No real money is traded or invested through the Platform. Challenge entry fees are paid for access to the competitive challenge environment only.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

Each challenge has specific rules, risk limits, and objectives outlined on the respective challenge pages. By purchasing a challenge, you agree to abide by all stated rules.

Violations of challenge rules — including but not limited to hedge trading, copy trading, account sharing, or platform exploitation — may result in immediate disqualification, removal from the leaderboard, and permanent suspension from the Platform.

We reserve the right to review any account's trading activity and disqualify participants found to be in breach of challenge rules at our sole discretion.

Challenge entry fees are clearly stated at the time of purchase. All fees are charged in USD. By completing a purchase, you authorize LiquidXChallenges to charge the applicable fee.

All sales are final. Challenge entry fees are strictly non-refundable. Please review all challenge details before completing your purchase.

Rewards are distributed to eligible participants based on final leaderboard standings at the conclusion of each tournament period. LiquidXChallenges reserves the right to verify all results before distributing rewards.

Prize amounts are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated prior to the start of the affected tournament. Rewards may be withheld if a participant is found to have violated any Platform rules.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of LiquidXChallenges and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

LiquidXChallenges is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the challenge in question.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
